well as vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Subletting of any kind is prohibited (Airbnb or otherwise).
The TENANT(S) must read and agree to the condominium's
rules and regulations.
The TENANT(S) are responsible for any applicable move-in
and move-out fees.
If a deposit representing the first month's rent and a
security deposit is offered by the TENANT(S), the amount
must be paid to HP & Associés in trust. The security
