This fully furnished and equipped condo (dishes, bedding,

small kitchen appliances, etc.) also includes indoor

parking!

And that's not all... this little gem is located on

Notre-Dame West, a stone's throw from its many famous

restaurants (Joe Beef, Liverpool House, Vin Papillon,

Conditions :

- Non-smoker only (all types, including vaping).

- Pets not allowed.

- Short-term subletting prohibited.

- The owner (or one of his representatives) can visit the

premises between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. by giving 24 hours'

notice.

- The condo and furniture must be returned in the same

conditions as when the tenant moved in, other than normal

wear and tear. When the tenant leaves, the owner will

inspect the premises. Any damage caused to the apartment

and its contents will be charged at replacement cost, and

deducted from the security deposit of $2750 (which will be

given to the owner on the day of signing the lease).

- When the tenant leaves, the owner will hire a

professional cleaning team to clean the condo. Cleaning

costs will be billed to the tenant.

- The tenant must have $2M tenant insurance valid for the

entire duration of the lease.
