The TENANT must provide proof of tenant liability insurance

to the LANDLORD before moving in.

The TENANT must provide a credit/solvency report to the

statements) to the LANDLORD for review.

The TENANT must provide the LANDLORD with proof of a

HydroQuébec account for the PREMISES before the movein date.

The TENANT must return the PREMISES and/or appliances

and/or furniture, if applicable, to the LANDLORD in the

same condition as at the beginning of the lease, except for

normal wear and tear.

The TENANT is responsible for the proper care and

maintenance of all accessories provided by the LANDLORD,

such as keys and garage door openers, for the entire

duration of the lease. These items must be kept in good

condition, protected from loss or damage, and returned at

the end of the lease in their original condition, except

for normal wear and tear. Any loss or damage beyond normal

wear will be at the TENANT's expense.

Acceptance of the rental application is conditional upon

the LANDLORD's satisfactory review of all supporting

documents, including but not limited to the employment

letter, recent pay stubs, and a credit report.

The TENANT voluntarily agrees to provide the first month's

rent to the LANDLORD upon signing the lease.
