The chalet's architecture was designed so that guests feel

like they are living in a luxurious treehouse, with

abundant natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling

windows (VST Euro Technology). The main living space is

located on the upper level, featuring BC Fir beams,

including a large living room where everyone can gather to

enjoy each other's company and the breathtaking views

around the double-sided fireplace. There is also plenty of

space to relax quietly with a good book or take a nap.

A true joie de vivre can be found in the spacious,

luxurious, high-end kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line

appliances and plenty of style. The home features two large

master suites, both with king-size beds and adjoining

bathrooms. The third bedroom, located on the main level,

includes a queen-size bed and a full four-piece bathroom

across the hall.

These three spacious bedrooms are complemented by a fourth

guest room that doubles as a private gym and home office.

The gym is equipped with a weightlifting platform, a yoga

area, and a Peloton available for guests. The room also

features a locally designed queen-size Murphy bed with an

incredibly comfortable mattress.

The ground floor offers an oversized family room where

children can play and enjoy movie nights. The basement

floors are heated (5 controllable zones), in addition to

the bathrooms and entryway, providing exceptional comfort.

An 8-person hot tub and a beautifully designed three-season

room with a Stuv fireplace ensure a cozy après-ski

experience that rivals any luxury resort. Just a

five-minute drive away are two excellent restaurants and a

market offering prepared meals, local products, as well as

a selection of beer and wine.

Notarized access to Lac-Supérieur allows owners to enjoy

snowshoeing or skating on the lake during winter, as well

as paddle boarding, swimming, and water sports in the

summer.
