Improvements and Renovations:

Roof: 2018.

Exterior:

Polyurethane moldings were added to the front façade of the

house in 1998.

The main entrance door and the garage door were replaced

approximately 10 years ago.

Window frames, soffits, and moldings were restained; the

front balcony column was covered with metal cladding, and

the bay window was also covered with metal cladding.

Around 2023, the driveway was expanded, and the fence was

replaced in 2018.

The semi-inground pool was installed in 2018.

Roughly 9 years ago, an opening was created to add a window

in the upstairs laundry room.

In 2023, the garden door was replaced with a patio door,

the interlocking pavers in the driveway were redone, and

additional pavers were added on each side of the house. Two

multi-level terraces were built.

Interior:

A double entrance was created, and the powder room was

renovated.

In 2016, the walk-in closet and laundry room were converted

into a single space.

The basement and main floor--including the kitchen and

flooring were fully renovated in 2020.

The wood burning fireplace and chimney were removed. The

staircase configuration leading to the upper floor was

modified, and the stairs and railings were replaced. New

flooring was added in the upstairs hallway.

The second bedroom was enlarged following the removal of

the chimney.

The upstairs bathroom was renovated in November 2025.

**Additional inclusions: Wall-mounted heat pump, surplus

metal siding under the back deck, large metal filing

cabinet in the basement, 8x14 hardwood floor covering that

was intended for the ground floor expansion.**
