We should start by showcasing the lot, highlighting its

suite bathroom. As we descend, we can point out the windows

on every level, next to the garage and gym, which has

heated floors.

Going down to the lower level, we see the same tinted glass

railing that extends all the way up. This area opens up to

a two-bedroom suite with a spacious en suite bathroom and

large windows that allow plenty of sunlight. Each room

features deep closets and cabinetry, along with a fireplace

in the main room.
